The module has an extended temperature range of -40 ° C ~ 85 ° C and is designed for use in harsh operating conditions.


Advantage: No additional power supply needed, as power is provided over the SATA pin 8 connector. To use this feature, a motherboard with SATA pin 8 connector is needed. The SATA pin 8 connector on the motherboard is of yellow colour. If there is no SATA pin 8 connector available, the module can also be connected via the standard SATA connector. For this purpose, the power supply can be realized over the 3 pin power connector.
